On Sunshine Photography

Since I’ve been posting so many snowy pics on here lately I thought I would warm it up a bit on the old blog and share some photos of this pretty sunflower field! I met up with some other photographers there back in August. Enjoy!

Here’s the models getting their picture made. Uh oh Molly! Competition!

If you plan to go on a little sunflower hunt next summer be sure to check this one out! No barbed wire fences to keep you out, just giant flowers to run around in. I’m sure there are several fields around Colorado but this was the closest drive for me.  It’s out near the Denver Airport.

Directions: From Denver, take I-70 E. Next, take Pena Blvd from I-70 (like you’re going to DIA), BUT exit on 56th Ave and go East. Turn left (North) on Imboden Rd. There’s also another one down the road near 56th & Monaghan.  Prime time to go is August. These were taken on 08/21/11.
